Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, whether it’s family struggles, anxiety that won’t quiet down, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. I hope to offer a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.

  • Create space for healing and growth in ways that feel meaningful for you

A bit about how I work

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy. I work with adults and youth navigating anxiety, stress, family issues, relationships, and high-performance environments. Additionally, for couples, I utilize these approaches, in conjunction with The Gottman Method, to help work through the challenges that relationships bring.

As a former professional athlete, I also understand firsthand the unique pressures that come with sports and performance settings.

For clients who desire it, I can incorporate a faith-based approach into therapy.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

Most importantly, my role is to walk alongside you, with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools, as you move toward the life and relationships you want.
