Hi, I’m Tyler. I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve found your way here, something in your life may feel heavy, overwhelming, or hard to name. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, burned out, grieving a loss, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down, speak honestly, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. My goal is to help you feel understood while working together toward clarity, relief, and meaningful change.

Together, we can:

  • Explore anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, and life transitions

  • Understand emotional and relational patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming

  • Learn ways to regulate your nervous system and feel more grounded

  • Build emotional insight, resilience, and self-compassion

  • Reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of direction

A bit about how I work

I hold a Master of Counselling along with a Master of Arts degree in leadership. I bring a strong commitment to personal growth, emotional health, and ethical, client-centred care.

My approach is relational and collaborative. I draw on concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and polyvagal-informed practices. This means we work not only with thoughts and behaviours, but also with emotions, body responses, and the internal parts of you that have developed to cope with life’s challenges.

For clients who find meaning in spirituality or faith, I thoughtfully integrate these conversations into therapy when it feels supportive and relevant to you.

Most importantly, my role is to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and practical tools, as you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

If you’re curious, let’s talk.

It’s not a commitment—just a first step.
