Hi, I’m Morgan. I would be honoured to support you.

I am a counselling intern who believes that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted just as you are. I know that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first time in counselling, and I aim to offer a calm, compassionate environment where we can move at a pace that feels right for you.

As a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student, I work under clinical supervision and am committed to providing ethical, thoughtful, and evidence-informed care. I am currently working in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and self-worth. I approach counselling with curiosity and collaboration, recognizing that you are the expert on your own life.

A bit about how I work

I offer affordable low-cost counselling to adults and teens. I use evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

My goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, and practical tools that support your wellbeing. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I strive to meet you with empathy, openness, and respect

If you’re curious, let’s talk.

It’s not a commitment—just a first step.
